Shipping Origins
To ensure efficient fulfilment, orders may be shipped from different locations depending on product availability:
- United Kingdom Warehouse
- Overseas Warehouse (Far East)
All made-to-order items are fulfilled and shipped from our overseas warehouse.
In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately.
Processing & Dispatch
UK Warehouse: Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Overseas Warehouse: A short preparation period (3–7 working days) is required before dispatch, as each item is carefully prepared prior to shipment. This applies to all made-to-order pieces.
Delivery
UK Deliveries: Usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International / Overseas Shipments: Delivery times vary depending on destination.

We are unable to deliver to:

- Freight forwarding addresses
